Summary: A greenhouse experiment on spinach irrigated with varying salinity concentrations showed that applying foliar protein hydrolysates from vegetal origin to the plants significantly boosted yield and increased the SPAD index and total chlorophylls. This treatment also increased the number of leaves and plants m\u22121 and the hydrophilic antioxidant activity of spinach, thereby improving its qualitative aspect. These results highlight the potential of protein hydrolysates application in mitigating saline conditions and maintaining high crop yield and quality in irrigated agricultural lands.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
