The focus was on yield performance, mineral composition, antioxidant activities, and key nutritional components such as lycopene, total phenols, and ascorbic acid.<\/p><p>The application of biostimulants, including legume-derived protein hydrolysate, plant extract, and seaweed extract, positively impacts the yield and nutritional quality of greenhouse-grown tomatoes. Despite the increase in production costs, the use of these biostimulants results in higher marketable yields and better fruit quality, leading to net economic gains.
