La concentration de fer dans les tissus foliaires varie d\u2019une esp\u00e8ce v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 l\u2019autre, mais elle se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 50 et 250 ppm s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et broy\u00e9s.
