Under no circumstances is it permissible to pursue or achieve corporate<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">interests by violating the law.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Anyone operating within the Hello Nature organization, without distinctions or exceptions, must align<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">their actions and behavior with the principles and content of the Code, recognizing that compliance<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with the Code is an essential part of the quality of work performance.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid7\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Relationships between individuals, at all levels, must be based on honesty, fairness, collaboration,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">loyalty, and mutual respect.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Recipients who violate the principles and rules contained in this Code undermine the relationship of<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">trust established with the Group and its companies.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Compliance with the law, moral integrity, ethics, and fairness must be the constant commitment and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">duty of everyone operating within Hello Nature&#8217;s organizational structure.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Everything done in the course of work must be inspired by the highest standards of fairness,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">completeness, truthfulness, and transparency of information.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Employees, external collaborators, and consultants must work with dedication and professional rigor,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ensuring adequate professional contributions to the assigned roles and responsibilities while protecting<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the prestige and reputation of the Group.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">All activities within the Group must aim to enhance, in the long term, the asset, technological, and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">knowledge<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">values<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Hello<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Nature<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">companies,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">well<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">create<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">value<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">well-being<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">all<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Under no circumstances can the belief of acting to the benefit or interest of the companies justify even<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">partial behaviors contrary to the law, principles, or contents of this Code.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Practices of corruption, illegitimate favors, collusive behaviors, or solicitations for personal or career<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">advantages for oneself or others are strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">PRINCIPLES<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page310R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Transparency, Fairness, and Mutual Respect:<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">These are mandatory principles in the daily<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">behavior and work of individuals operating within or on behalf of the Group companies. Respect<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for everyone\u2019s rights, including privacy and equal opportunities, is a cornerstone of this Code of<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ethics. Discrimination or conflicts of interest within Hello Nature will not be tolerated.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"markedContent\"><span class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Moral Integrity: Must characterize the behavior of the entire organization.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><div class=\"page\" role=\"region\" data-page-number=\"2\" aria-label=\"Page 2\" data-loaded=\"true\"><div class=\"textLayer\"><p><span id=\"page1R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Diligence, Responsibility, and Competence:<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Within the Group, everyone must perform their<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tasks in accordance with the professional and technical levels required by their role. At all times,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">precautions must be taken to prevent harm to third parties, whether death, injury, health, or<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">material damage.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">3.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Loyalty:<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Recipients of this Code are required to focus their activities solely on achieving the<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">company\u2019s<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">objectives.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">All<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">actions<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">undertaken<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">by<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">recipients<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">performing<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">their<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">duties<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">or<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">assignments must be guided by legality and the protection of the company, in accordance with<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">current<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">regulations<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">internal<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">procedures,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">well<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">fairness<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ethics<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">responsibility. Information shared both externally and internally must be accurate and complete.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">PROTECTION, RELATIONS, AND MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Hello Nature promotes an internal environment of civil coexistence where every employee interacts<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">with honesty, ethics, and mutual respect. Each employee must perform his duties responsibly,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">honestly, diligently, and with sound judgment, in compliance with the Group&#8217;s procedures and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">directives. Everyone must avoid situations of conflict of interest or other situations that could potentially<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">harm the companies. It is emphasized that, to preserve the integrity of the company\u2019s image and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reputation, it is advisable to avoid even the mere appearance of a lack of integrity.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.1 Recruitment and Management of personnel<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid28\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The evaluation of personnel to be hired is carried out based on the alignment between<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">candidates\u2019 profiles and the expected ones, as well as the company\u2019s needs, ensuring equal<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">opportunities for all concerned individuals. The information requested from candidates is strictly<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">related to verifying their compatibility with the professional profile sought. Upon establishing the<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">employment relationship, employees must receive comprehensive information and training<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">regarding the characteristics of their duties and roles, regulatory and compensation elements,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as well as the standards and behaviors required for managing health-related risks.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">All personnel must be hired under regular employment contracts in compliance with legal<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">obligations: no form of irregular or non-compliant work is tolerated. The Hello Nature Group<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">avoids and combats all forms of discrimination against its employees. In personnel management<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and development processes, as well as during recruitment, decisions are based on the<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">alignment<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">between<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">expected<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">actual<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">profiles<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">employees<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and\/or<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">merit-based<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">considerations.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid30\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid34\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.2 Integrity and Personal Protection<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span class=\"markedContent\"><span class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Hello Nature guarantees the right to work conditions that respect the dignity of the individual,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">combating any discriminatory or harmful attitude or behavior towards the person. Sexual<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">harassment is strongly condemned, and behaviors or speech that may disturb the sensitivity of<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the person should be avoided. An employee who believes to have been subject to harassment<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">or discrimination based on age, gender, sexuality, race, health status, nationality, political<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><div class=\"page\" role=\"region\" data-page-number=\"3\" aria-label=\"Page 3\" data-loaded=\"true\"><div class=\"textLayer\"><p><span id=\"page3R_mcid0\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">opinions, or religious beliefs can report the incident to the human resources manager, who will<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">assess whether there has been a violation of this code.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.3 Duties of Employees<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page3R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The employee must act loyally in order to respect the obligations set out in the employment<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">contract and those provided by this code, ensuring the requested performance. It should be noted that conflicts of interest often correspond to violations of existing<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">laws.<\/span><\/span><span
