This study evaluates how natural biostimulants, such as a bacterial filtrate (BF) and a protein hydrolysate (PH), can serve as efficient solutions for strawberry cultivation.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"760\">The Need for Natural Auxin Alternatives in Strawberry Cultivation<\/h2><p data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"1140\">Strawberries are among the most consumed berries worldwide, and meeting market expectations requires both productivity and sustainability. Synthetic auxins (SA) have long been applied to stimulate flowering and fruit set, but concerns over their environmental impact have accelerated the search for <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1089\">natural auxin substitutes<\/strong> that combine efficiency with eco-responsibility.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1222\">Biostimulants as Sustainable Alternatives to Synthetic Auxins in Strawberry<\/h2><p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1577\">Agronomic trials revealed that both SA and BF improved early fruit yield by stimulating flowering and fruit set. By contrast, PH promoted a more gradual and prolonged fruit set, leading to higher shoot biomass and sustained production. These results highlight that <strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1574\">biostimulants can act as reliable alternatives to synthetic auxins in strawberries<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1646\">Improving Strawberry Yield and Quality with Auxin Alternatives<\/h2><p data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"2020\">Fruit quality analysis showed that PH-treated strawberries developed better firmness and higher soluble solids content\u2014both key for consumer satisfaction and shelf life. Conversely, SA-treated fruits displayed lower firmness and sweetness. This suggests that <strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1940\">eco-friendly growth regulators<\/strong> like PH can enhance fruit quality while supporting sustainable farming goals.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2105\">Nutritional and Metabolomic Effects of Natural Auxin Substitutes in Strawberry<\/h2><p data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2504\">Ionomic analysis confirmed that all treatments provided sufficient nutrients, with heavy metals well below safety limits. Metabolomic profiling revealed that PH boosted primary metabolites, while BF and SA influenced flavonoid and anthocyanin biosynthesis. Importantly, PH treatment increased beneficial compounds, reinforcing its value as a <strong data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2501\">natural auxin substitute in strawberry production<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2598\">Conclusion: Natural Alternatives to Synthetic Auxins for Sustainable Strawberry Farming<\/h2><p data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2963\">This research demonstrates that biostimulants such as bacterial filtrates and protein hydrolysates can provide effective <strong data-start=\"2720\" data-end=\"2782\">alternatives to synthetic auxins in strawberry cultivation<\/strong>.
