This study investigated whether a microbial consortium containing <em data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"512\">Glomus intraradices BEG72<\/em>, <em data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"529\">Glomus mossae<\/em>, and <em data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"570\">Trichoderma atroviride MUCL 45632<\/em> could enhance wheat (<em data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"614\">Triticum durum Desf.<\/em>) seedling establishment, yield, and grain quality. Endophytic fungi enhance wheat early growth and vigor by promoting nutrient uptake and root development.<\/p><p data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"1205\"><strong data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"829\">Beneficial Fungi Improve Wheat Seedling Development<\/strong><br data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"832\" \/>Laboratory experiments showed that coated seeds had significantly higher emergence rates, leaf number, and biomass compared to uncoated seeds. Specifically, 17 days after sowing, SPAD index increased by 10%, leaf number by 28.6%, shoot biomass by 23.1%, and root biomass by 64.2%. These results highlight how endophytic fungi enhance wheat early growth and establishment.<\/p><p data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1592\"><strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1257\">Fungal Seed Coating Boosts Yield and Stability<\/strong><br data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1260\" \/>Field trials confirmed that AM fungi and <em data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1314\">Trichoderma<\/em> inoculation improve grain yield and reduce seasonal variability. Coated seeds yielded 3.7\u20133.9 t ha\u207b\u00b9, compared to 2.8\u20133.6 t ha\u207b\u00b9 for uncoated seeds. Stable yield was associated with enhanced nutrient absorption, higher SPAD index, and improved photochemical activity of PSII.<\/p><p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1891\"><strong data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1646\">AM and Trichoderma Fungi Enhance Grain Nutrition<\/strong><br data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1649\" \/>The application of beneficial fungi improved grain protein content and mineral composition, including K, P, Fe, and Zn. By enhancing nutrient uptake, coated seeds produced higher-quality wheat with better resilience to environmental stress.<\/p><p data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"2134\">Using microbial seed coatings provides a sustainable approach for wheat cultivation.
