In this study, <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"543\">biostimulant extracts<\/strong> were shown to increase spinach performance by boosting both yield and functional traits. Three types of PBs were tested on greenhouse-grown spinach: legume-derived protein hydrolysates (PH), Ecklonia maxima seaweed extract, and a mixture of vegetal oils with Ascophyllum nodosum extracts.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"899\">How <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hello-nature.com\/int\/biostimulants-psp\/\">Biostimulants<\/a> Promote Spinach Growth and Productivity<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1352\">Foliar applications of PBs at 3 mL L\u22121, applied weekly during the growth cycle, significantly improved spinach growth. Treated plants showed higher fresh yield, increased dry biomass, and larger leaf area compared with untreated controls. Enhanced chlorophyll biosynthesis, measured via the SPAD index, contributed to healthier, more vigorous plants. These results highlight how <strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1306\">biostimulant treatments<\/strong> can naturally support spinach productivity.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1403\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hello-nature.com\/int\/biostimulants-psp\/\">Biostimulant<\/a> Effects on Nutritional Quality<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1849\">PB applications also improved spinach nutritional content. Total phenols and ascorbic acid levels increased in treated plants, enhancing functional quality. The PH treatment specifically elevated potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg) concentrations without increasing nitrate accumulation, unlike the other PBs. These findings demonstrate that <strong data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1772\">biostimulant applications<\/strong> not only improve growth but also enhance the nutritional value of spinach.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1918\">Sustainable Agriculture Advantages of Biostimulant Treatments<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"2372\">Incorporating PBs into vegetable production provides a sustainable strategy for farmers. Using protein hydrolysates, seaweed extracts, or mixed plant extracts allows growers to increase yield, improve nutrient content, and reduce reliance on synthetic inputs.
